Delivery Policy

Upon booking rooms on this website and payments are processed & accepted, Sreeniketanam provides the Customer a receipt of payment with Transaction ID and booking details. We also send an email provided during the booking process confirming the booking of the room with Transaction ID and all the requisite details. Providing Booking Receipt along with Transaction ID and other details in it shall be deemed that the service is delivered.

We, at Sreeniketanam, assure that the booking shall be honoured & obliged under all circumstances, subject to Force Majeure conditions.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Sreeniketanam is in no way responsible for any misuse of the credit/debit card or Net Banking Facilities. All major credit cards are accepted.
